So on Monday afternoon, after 30 minutes of smelling smoke, my office was evacuated. Turns out there was a fire on the roof. Well we returned to work on Tuesday and the smoke was still too bad, so I left around noon. I returned today, and it is manageable, but it is still pretty irritating to the throat/eyes.
Normally I wouldn't complain about two pseudo half days, but we are currently 2.5 working days away from my Gala, the biggest event to date I have ever planned. Just a little stressed out at the moment ... just a tad.
