Mint Brownies

If you are looking for a new recipe to mix into your holiday baking, let me suggest mint brownies. I made three batches of them last week for various holiday get togethers. They are super delicious and super easy. Seriously ... super easy. 

Directions: 

Make brownies per boxes instructions, just pull out a minute early (I did one box of Ghiradelli, and it was well worth the splurge)

Pour two boxes of junior mints on the brownies, and stick the pan back in the oven for a minute or two.

Take the brownies out of the oven and spread the melted junior mints to cover the brownie surface. 

Stick in the refrigerator and enjoy cold!!
