THUNDERSNOW!!!

The D.C. area is experiencing its first big snowfall of the season. The snow cancelled my happy hour - lame, but it did get me out of work an hour earlY - so not lame. If somehow a two-delay tomorrow morning was worked into this deal, I will really be loving life. I bought a pint of Phish Food from the little market in Crystal City Metro on the way home, and plan to throughly enjoy it while I stare outside at the snow.

D.C. has missed out on all the blizzard fun the rest of the Northeast has been experiencing this winter, so its is really trying to live it up. Whenever there is more than 2 inches of snow in the area, D.C. media outlets can report on nothing else. I mean there could be a new Pope elected, and NBC 4 would barely cover the story. They really care about the snow. Examples?
